Why a player agent?
Weaker contract negotiations
Without professional support, players often lack the know-how to negotiate optimal contracts. They may then accept less favorable conditions – financially or in terms of sporting performance.
Lack of career planning
Many players make decisions spontaneously or emotionally. An advisor helps them think strategically: When does a transfer make sense? Which club is the right fit for their development?
Reduced visibility and less access to opportunities
Without an agent, access to scouts, networks, and platforms is often lacking. An agent opens doors – to clubs, trial training sessions, and international opportunities. Without these contacts, many possibilities remain untapped.
No mental or personal support
An advisor is often also a coach and confidant. Without this support, a player can be left alone in times of crisis or when making important decisions.
